Fertiliser plants set for revamp

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) yesterday signed the EPC Contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) with an international contractor consortium to revamp the Phu My NH3 and NPK complex.
